Description
Recent Dutch cultivar that is performing well in trials in UK and the Netherlands. Good yields of large tasty nuts. Recommended by the late Andy Wilson from Fruit and Nut in Co Mayo. Also noted as most productive variety on Leitrim site with heavy clay soil. They will need another variety of cob nut to polinate them, Wild Hazel trees nearby will also help. They are wind pollinated and so walking through your trees and shaking branches in February will help production.
