Also known as Pearsons Prolofic. Early ripening and profilic cropper, with tasty nuts. Relatively vigorous grower in early years. Precocious, crops in large clusters of nuts from third or fourth year. Known to perform well in Ireland.They will need another variety of cob nut to polinate them, Wild Hazel trees nearby will also help. They are wind pollinated and so walking through your trees and shaking branches in February will help production.
