Description
Strippy is another Apple tree from the irish heritage collection (suitable for the ACRES scheme). This is Dual red purpose apple, cooks to a sweet frothy cream, and as as an eater it has a nice sweet sharp balance. It has streaks of pink flesh when cut open.
It is a beautiful in early autumn with prolofic red fruits.
